"Coming into the world with a new baby is like entering a new culture. You don't really know who you are. You feel confused and vulnerable... And to layer that with the huge transition of moving, settling, adjusting to a further new environment, it's just such an intense time"
Kate mothered her 3 children "on the move" in Iran, Abu Dhabi and in the UK.
She had post-natal depression with both her two first babies, 13 and 10 years ago.
And from that vulnerable and full of learnings place, she is sharing with us today how she overcame the challenges of the early years of motherhood.
I have listened to her story over and over again and each time I have discovered a new layer that resonates with me and a new source of inspiration.
